- Risk of Loss – When we pass your order on to the shipping carrier, you assume the risk of loss of that order.
- Product Descriptions - Our product descriptions are as accurate as possible, but we do not guarantee that they are correct. If a product you receive is not as it was described on the site, then your only option is to return it in unused condition.

Pura Supply LLC is not liable for:
- a) Products damaged by the shipping company
b) Packages delivered but not received by the customer

Our pricing reflects great value because we strive to maintain a high level of inventory for all of our merchandise available at our on line store. Occasionally demand does surpass our supplies as we replenish our stock. This can cause a slight delay in the shipping of your merchandise. If you have a critical time frame in which you are working please contact us to verify the item is in stock.
Shipping Policy/Delivery of Goods/ Claims and Errors
Pura Supply LLC inspects all outbound shipments before they leave our facilities. Pura Supply LLC uses UPS or Freight Shipping as its shipper and damage can occur during transit. Damage can occur in two primary fashions: concealed damage, and noticeable damage. A claim cannot be filed for either type of claim unless all of the original packaging is available for inspection without any alterations. All shipping claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM Pura Supply LLC WHEN RETURNING AN ALREADY ACCEPTED PACKAGE DUE TO A SHIPPING CLAIM.
All claims will be denied if the above criteria are not met. Pura Supply LLC reserves the right to take up to seven business days to resolve its shipping matters with UPS or another carrier. We are confident that when the above criteria is met that all freight claims are resolved quickly and easily. In the event that Pura Supply LLC ships an incorrect item we will replace the item at no cost to the customer, however we must be contacted and we must verify that the item is indeed incorrect.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM Pura Supply LLC WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM WHICH HAS BEEN SHIPPED INCORRECTLY.
- How long will it take to process my order?
Orders will be processed as soon as possible. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, will be processed the next business week. If you ordered an item that is out-of-stock, you will receive an email with expected shipping date. Orders containing both in-stock and out-of-stock items will be shipped when all items are in stock.
- How do you ship my order?
Our standard shipment method is UPS or Freight Shipping. We are sorry, but we do not ship to post office boxes.
Faster shipping methods and Saturday delivery are available for an additional charge. Please contact Pura Supply LLC to make arrangements for any special shipping needs for your order.
- Do you ship internationally?
Free Shipping Policy
Orders over $200 are eligible for free shipping, excluding orders containing an item over 20 pounds. Any order containing an item that individually weighs 20 pounds or more will be excluded from free shipping.
Automatic Ordering Terms and Conditions
When you purchase product(s) on Pura Supply’s website and enroll in our Automatic Ordering program, you are signing up for continuous shipments of such products and may select how often you would like your product(s) delivered to you. You may change your periodic delivery schedule at any time (including on a one-time basis), as well as your shipping address, payment method, and products included in the program. Additionally, when you purchase certain products designated as "Automatic Ordering & Save" eligible, and enroll in the Automatic Ordering program for such products, you will save an additional percentage on our everyday low prices.
Pura Supply reserves the right to change Automatic Ordering benefits at any time in its sole discretion, including discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts; provided, however, Pura Supply will not change the price of your next shipment once you have authorized an order as set forth in these Terms. Some of the offer details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, price, taxes, availability, shipping charges). Subscriptions are good while supplies last.
Notifications; Automatic Order Creation; Order Changes or Cancellation
When you place your initial order for a product and enroll in our Automatic Ordering program, you will receive a notice that your Automatic Ordering subscription has been created and your first order will be processed. Your first order will be processed immediately, and your selected payment method will be charged at the time the order is placed. Your Automatic Ordering subscription will thereafter automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel.
For subsequent orders of products included in Automatic Ordering, up to 72 hours prior to the ship date selected by you, you will receive a pre-shipment email notification reminding you of your upcoming shipment, the period available to make changes to your order and the scheduled ship date. You can edit or cancel your order during the period beginning upon receipt of such email notification and ending 12:00 AM the day preceding your designated ship date (i.e., the day prior to your ship date). If you do not cancel the order before the day prior to your ship date, your order will be authorized, and a credit card authorization hold will be placed on the payment method used to create your subscription or updated payment method you may provide. You will see a pending charge during this time as we prepare your order. There is no need to call or update any information online when you see this pending charge.
Credit Card Authorizations and Charges
When you sign up for continuous shipments on Automatic Ordering, you will be required to expressly agree to permit us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis, as well as the amount of the charge, which amount shall be set as described below. Pura Supply will submit periodic charges (e.g. monthly) to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice at any time that you wish to cancel or to change your payment method. Approximately 24 hours prior to your designated ship date, your order will be authorized, and a payment authorization hold will be placed on your chosen payment method. Once your order is processed, your payment method will be charged for the authorized amount. For clarification purposes only, a payment authorization hold is not an actual charge, i.e, if an authorization hold is placed for $49 on January 1 and your payment method is charged $49 on January 2 when your order is shipped, you will only see one actual charge on your payment method on January 2 for $49. An authorization hold may impact the amount of remaining credit available to you under your chosen payment method.
Pricing; Payment; Renewal; Cancellation
The amount you are ultimately charged for a product delivered pursuant to our Automatic Ordering program will be the price of that item as stated in the pre-shipment email notification you receive or lower, if the price of the product is lower on our site as of the time your order is authorized. Once your order has shipped, your chosen credit card or other payment method will be billed this amount. You will not be charged until your order ships. The total cost charged to your payment method for each Automatic Ordering order will be the price of the item, less the Automatic Ordering & Save discount or any other discount, if applicable, plus any applicable shipping charges and sales tax. Any credit balances on your Pura Supply customer account may be applied toward the balance of your order before charging any remaining balance to your payment method.
The charge for each Automatic Ordering item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your Automatic Ordering order with the payment method you used to create your subscription, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to add another payment method in your account and to charge the payment method for your Automatic Ordering order.
Your subscription will remain in effect until it is cancelled. You can request to cancel at any time by calling Pura Supply.
We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms, (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the Pura Supply website), without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscriptions at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you. Products are only available for shipping within the forty-eight (48) contiguous US states. Your participation in the Automatic Ordering program is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your Subscription or any of the benefits to any third party without our authorization. All returns under Automatic Ordering are subject to the Pura Supply Return Policy. Automatic Ordering subscriptions are void where prohibited.
No Returns or Exchanges for PPE Items: i.e. No Returns on; Masks, gloves, face shields and gowns.
While we are eager to guarantee the quality of our products, all returns must be pre-approved by our customer service department. Please contact us at 262-261-7717 to contact a representative.
At Pura Supply LLC we want to ensure you are satisfied with your order and the ordering process. We understand that not every purchase works out just as anticipated. There could be a multitude of reasons for returning product.
If you would like to return your goods for any reason other than damage, your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and you will be required to pay for the return freight.
Please do not throw away any packing material until you know the product is in good condition. If you see that the package is damaged, please make notes upon signing for the goods and take a picture of the damaged packaging if possible.
Non PPE items that are ordered from Pura Supply LLC can be returned within our guidelines and time frame. We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t turn out the way it was planned. Many unforeseen circumstances can lead for the need to return an item. We ask that you carefully check all of the quantities and specifications before ordering and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. This is why we allow all items to be returned within 30 days of receipt; however, we will assess a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipping costs.

Pura Supply LLC will process an exchange. We will assess a 20% restocking fee for all exchanges, and the customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipping costs. The value of the original purchase will be applied to the new purchase. In the event that the balance is more than the original purchase amount then another charge will be processed to cover the difference. In the event that the balance is less than the original purchase amount the difference will be credited.

Pura Supply LLC goes to great lengths to assure the highest level of quality control. We will not honor an exchange or refund for a defective product if the product has been misused, neglected or harmed in any manner outside of our care instructions. Please see the care instructions for these terms.

Website Security Methods and Fraud Prevention
All transactions are conducted in a secure environment to protect against fraudulent observation and or use. We do not store your financial information on the web site such as credit card information.
Any credit card information, or other sensitive information, collected by PuraSupply.com is first transmitted to Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in transmission. All authorized persons are required to keep information accessed via our database confidential. At our discretion, orders received over the phone or internet may require photo I.D. verification.
Unless otherwise determined, orders are shipped on open account, subject to credit approval, with NET 30 terms. We also accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Past due invoices shall accrue service charges @ 1.5% per month (18% per annum).
For customers who prefer to mail us their order, we accept Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders **ONLY**.
(For Personal Checks, there will be at least a 10 Day waiting period for the check to clear). All hard copy forms of payment must clear our bank before we process the order for shipping. These hard copy forms of payment can slightly delay the processing, and in turn, the shipping times.
ATTENTION PAYPAL CUSTOMERS: Pura Supply LLC only ships to PAYPAL *CONFIRMED* addresses. If your address has not been confirmed by PAYPAL, please pay by sending us a cashier’s check or money order. Thank you.
